Capoeira Besouro Hawaii Kids' class offers your child the opportunity to learn capoeira with the rest of the family. Mestre Kinha teaches capoeira to children by combining dance, music, game, sport, and acrobatics with elements of self-defense, along with learning basic phrases in the Portuguese language. Your child won't just be having fun playing another sport, s/he'll be learning discipline, teamwork, culture and history. S/he will as well  make friendships with other kids in a healthy proactive positive environment.

Kids classes are offered right before the adult classes, making it convenient for parents that are taking capoeira as well. Kids ages 2-10 are welcome. 10 year olds and above are welcome to come to adult classes. Have a look at the childrens class schedule for the times and locations. Kids classes are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
